Modern, clean, and friendly

The hotel is a little difficult to find, but is next to a cinema on a modern commercial estate. Not very pretty, but next door to two or three restaurants.
Ample parking, friendly welcome, and a large, comfortable, and clean room.
Didn't use the restaurant, but the menu looked good, and service at the bar was friendly and efficient.

This hotel is on a commercial estate outside town but well-sited for the expressway. Parking is free and plentiful. While the hotel does not have a pool there is a state of the art aquatic centre on the doorstep. Dogs are welcome and there are plenty of places to walk them close to the hotel.
Reception was friendly and extremely competent. The room was fine, clean and with plenty of fresh linen.
The star attraction was the dining room, great food and excellent value, beautifully presented. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in the area.
AS A BONUS Monday-Saturday there is an approximately hourly bus into the town centre, cost 1 euro per trip, saves looking for parking. As an added bonus the route continues to the mainline station which is served by high speed and local trains.

Quite a nice room with comfortable bed a kettle, tv, all the usual. Shower room looks very modern with gadget shower, but, prefer the standard type. Water goes all over the floor, didn't like to use the lovely white towels to mop it all up.
The jets aren't all that! Gives you a weak blast, I surpose. Not my thing!
Water was hot, for us. But, our friends on the ground floor had no hot water the second morning. Breakfast is €11pp.
The staff are very nice and helpful. As I fell on the gravel outside and cut my hand, the young lady on reception was very attentive and applied first aid.
Which I was grateful for. Thank you.

Pleasant During the Day

Hate to ding a hotel because of people outside talking loudly and laughing until 12:30 am but that was the reality. My husband went to bed with earplugs since there is no air conditioning white noise to block the sound. The source may have been a neighboring establishment but still worth having someone official talk to them. Bedroom rather basic but with good lighting and a very sophisticated shower. Our breakfast was very generous at 10 Euros, and apparently free for others depending on how the room was booked. Location out in a light industrial area which was odd but was still close enough to the restaurant we went to at night. Odd that cleaning staff thought a fifth of a roll of toilet paper would be adequate without a back-up. Staff we met were very pleasant.

The hotel is clean and the room we had was lovely. Very spacious and the bathroom was also great. Our breakfast was adequate and the staff very nice. All in all nothing to complain about with the hotel (no air conditioning though).
The only points to note are as follows:
The hotel is out of town, we didn't realise (our mistake) and whilst there is a bus service into town it stops early and there is no taxi service to get you back. We walked once but it's a quite a walk.
The hotel is next to a swimming pool which you can use but this is a public pool, not one just for hotel guests.
Last thing, the staff who are really lovely, don't speak English, which again is our problem but just be aware.
I would recommend as the hotel is clean and well presented and good value, just remember the points above.
