We booked a Junior suite from the laterooms.com website for €80. Upon arrival we were told that the price was wrong and was then charged just shy of €85 for the 1 night stay. City tax was separate to this. When we got to the room, it was a small double room at best and nothing like the description of the junior suite on the website. When we brought this to the attention of the reception, they stated that it was a junior suite. The main ceiling light did not work which made working at the desk difficult. The description of the room also stated a mini bar, but this consisted of an empty fridge which didn't work. We did not use the indian restaurant on the ground floor for an evening meal, but the food did smell good and looked appealing. We personally would not return to this venue.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was it said it was free parking, leading us to think that there was a hotel carpark. This was not the case. We were told to park on the road in front of hotel. So it's just luck if you are able to find a space. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean but there was no tea/coffee facilities in room just 2 glasses for the 4 of us staying. We were staying for 3 nights & the room was only cleaned & beds made once. They took the used towels away but didn't replace them. If you want a quiet hotels this is not the one for you. It is in a busy road & on the Sat night there were teenagers standing opposite the hotel, drunk & shouting until 3am. Inside the hotel there was constant banging from doors downstairs. I wouldn't stay here again. We had 2l children with us who thankfully are heavy sleepers but if yours are not I would think again about staying here.

I booked a junior suite and got a room with two single beds and one kingsize. The Indian restaurant on the ground floor is highly recommendable. Breakfast is ok, although the bread had seen better days. There is no on-site parking, you have to park in the streets surrounding the hotel. In the evening there's plenty of space along the main road, but at other times parking could be a challenge.

The price of 207 Euros incl. breakfast for a very small room on the top floor with a small window at floor level was excessive and double the price from when I last stayed there in June 15 when I was charged 98 Euros incl. breakfast for a large room!!! I would note that the general fitting out of the room was totally comparable to the larger/standard sized rooms used previously excepting the issues following. Avoid room 27 if your are claustrophobic and need sufficient light either from a full sized window and electric light to be able to do some work sat at the desk unit!! WiFi worked spasmodically as signal was not good! However the positive was the hotel location suited my meeting venue which was a short walk down the road. If you do not like Indian food there are a few restaurants about 5 minutes walk away turning right from the hotel following the main road/tramway and through the park with the two small lakes. I will definitely not pay this price again as it is comparable to the city centre hotels which have good sized rooms and far more facilities nearby.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very big as per European standards. The location is beautiful.
The tv was spoiled and after complaining several time they didn't bother to repair it. The room was just made but wash room was not cleaned. The hairs were all over the floor. The water system was faulty, kept giving super hot water.
