The hotel is beautiful, quiet, has everything we needed. Walking distance to center of everything. The staff, especially Sylvia Martinez went way out of her way to make our stay magnificent. Friendly, customer service oriented, and lively. This will be our "go to" place anytime we come back.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights over Easter
weekend and one night later.
The hotel is a 20 minute (approx) walk to the main centre and restaurants. This was not a problem over the busy Easter holiday as there was plenty of people around and lighting at night, however, there were fewer lights and people around on the second visit. I would suggest a taxi ride would be a safe option.
The hotel has a clean, well kept pool- pool towels are available on request.
There is a bar area beer and soft drinks are available.
The room was adequate, bed comfortable, AC, good wifi, shower was warm in the evening but cool in the mornings.
Breakfast was included on the first stay but not on the final morning. There were adequate breakfast choices to cover most people's tastes.
Staff were reasonably friendly though shouting to each other across the hotel early morning and late evening was noisy at times.
There is a large supermarket three blocks away.
Nice!!

We had a lovely stay at the end of our trip. Friendly staff, nice pool and breakfast was ok. We slept at the front of the hotel so there was some noise during the night (only dogs who barked) but for the rest it was perfect. Our plane left in the evening and they where really friendly about late checkout and leaving our bags at the reception. I would recommend this place!
Excellent Breakfast

Approaching through the rather run down garbage strewn Barrio that is home to this property, you would be surprised to find such a nice hotel at this location. Although certainly not central, it is only about a twenty five minute stroll to the main square, or about five minutes in a cab ($2-$3). There is a Shopping Mall (with modern supermarket) three blocks to the north, and several local eateries within a four block radius. (We were advised to avoid walking after dark, and the cabs are inexpensive).
The hotel is centred around an open air swimming pool, shaded by mature trees and plants. Pool maintenance is outstanding - very clean. The lobby is staffed 27/7, at night by security guards. My room, on the second floor (no elevator) was modern, clean and very well appointed. Queen size bed, very adequate lighting, plenty of electrical plug ins, ensuite shower and toilet, desk & chair, dresser, in room safe, flat screen TV, and a reasonably secure door opening to a mini balcony overlooking the street, which is quiet at night. Great A/C, and good WiFi. Breakfast was included with my stay, and as Central American Breakfast standards go, excellent. The staff were friendly enough, but clearly not veteran service employees. I noticed that the towels supplied are torn, worn and threadbare, which did not detract from my stay, but the lack of hot water for my early morning shower three days in a row was a disappointment in an otherwise well run property.
A lovely spot with very friendly staff

A group of six of us stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms were very clean and the pool was lovely. There were three choices of breakfast and all were delicious. Drinks in the bar were quite expensive.
Town was in walking distance from the hotel, but would advise a taxi home at night. Be weary of wearing any jewellery when walking around the town and watch your bag at all times.
Staff were very helpful, although not much English.
