We stayed there over 6 days. Hotel is greatly located with just about 300 metres of walk through the pine forest to the beach which is very good. Hotel is still in renovation process and main entrance is very nicely done I love the combination with wood. Restaurant was great with big variety of food for breakfast(unusual for Italy), great fresh juice, of course coffee . The only down for us was room. We have been given old room (they do have some old and some renovated rooms) which was facing back to the garden and was quite dark as there was just smaller window. Room has no balcony and it was quite a packed for family of 4. Basically room was for you to sleep only and spend time outside. I would say nothing if room cost around 80 or maximum 100 EUR per night as it is 3* hotel but we end up paying eur 170 per room include breakfast. It was overpriced and not worth the money. That was the only down of this hotel .Otherwise very happy with facilities of hotel. Swimming pool is ok size with always to find a sun bad available. Parking either at the garden or in front of the hotel for free. They have great facilities even for small kids. Around the hotel you can find plenty of restaurants or you can go on the beach where you have BAGNO and you can eat all day there. Hotel will give a special discount voucher for 2 sun beds and umbrella in 2 places for price of EUR 10 /15 depend on day.
Or you can try restaurants in near buy city and our favourite are: Bagno Corallo Beach (very busy with a lot of locals) or Trattoria Cubana.

Breakfast buffet great, dinner buffet also very good (we took it ad hoc on two occasions), cleanliness excellent. Suite we had was huge and very well-appointed. Reception staff service both pre-departure and then during the stay was not as it should be but this didn't affect us badly. Would stay again, definitely.

We had a short stay, arriving late afternoon on our way from Venice to Rimini. Parking just in front of hotel, but huge stairs to get to reception. Went down to the beach, which was just a short walk. Usual private-run beach sections with few activities. On our way up we used the pool; Ok, but in need of maintenance.
The rooms were clean / sterile, and our 5 bed room had one minimalistic bathroom that was not well planned.
Close to pizzeria with acceptable prices and selections other than pizzas.
Breakfast was PERFECT.
Staff should attend a service-oriented course (not unfriendly, but not far from...)

this is really a stunning destination we came upon it quite by chance,the hotel and area are really stunning,also really child friendly,original booked two nights decided to stay an extra two,and with the help of tremendous staff especially Alejandro hope the spelling is right we were able to do this.a must see off the beaten track part of Italy east Coast beside Ravenna

The upside of this hotel is the location if ALL you care about is the beach. Aside from that me and my girlfriend had a hard time enjoying our stay. The rooms are institutional and cold. The whole place is ok enough, but the hotel has a barren, hospital-like feel.
This hotel could be suitable for a budget holiday with (many) kids, but for a couple´s vacation the place is guaranteed to extinguish ANY romatical vibe.
Also we had a hard time finding the charm with the town, Marina Romea. The entire town is overgrown with tall trees, giving it a stifling feel. We actually had to put the top up on our convertible as pinecones and twigs landed in the car.
Vacation in italy? Look elsewhere.
