This was a great hotel. I really enjoyed it. The location is amazing. There is so much around it. Our room was clean and had a great balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel is really great, surrounded by nice little shops and boutiques. Ambience inside the hotel including the room is very pleasant, the hotel ia maintained really well and clean..the room at which we stay is spacious..
The thing we were really impressed and made our stay very enjoyable is great service and advice by the GM of the hotel
Thanks to the GM & Management team of the hotel which made our holiday in Capri so wonderful and enjoyable.

Hotel La Palma's concierge led by Antonio, is beyond compare. Every need is addressed promptly. Additionally, my money belt containing cash was placed in the bedside table drawer after I left it in my hotel room. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms spacious and tastefully decorated.

The hotel is one of the eldest on the island, with perfect location just round the corner from the funicular.
Slightly disappointed we weren't given a room with a balcony, even though the hotel wasn't full. Normally I would have asked to change, but as we were only staying one night it didn't seem worth the hustle. Aside from that it was perfectly comfortable and clean.
Great breakfast.
Great service - my boyfriend even got his trousers taken up within hours for a small charge!

Here for a conference although not the best set up for that. The hotel conference rate was good for Capri so I have no complaints about the price. The carpet on the stairs is worn and discolored and the breakfast was cold meats, pastries and one cereal. They will make you cappuccino or you can get coffee out of a machine and use the cold milk in it. Coffee is not hot in Italy compared to the USA so adding cold milk makes it lukewarm. They helped us make train reservations and were nice at the front desk.
The room was large with a balcony, queen bed, and free WiFi. There was a safe in the room but is was too small to put an iPad in so I ended up having to carry it everywhere. The safe also is not a combo but has just a key. It was not bad but I might check out something else if I went back. However I don’t think there is really much reason to go back. Too many tours come over all day long and if you don’t want to shop at all the high end stores once you have seen the views there is not much else to do. Restaurants were mixture of great and ok. They charge you a cover charge and 15% fee at lots of the places so it really adds up.
