Stayed here for a family event, in the early Spring. Very nice hospitable place, nice rooms, clean and fresh. The train station noise was coming through the air conditioning, but even then did not detract from this lovely little spot. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a quiet room!

I recently spent 5 nights at this hotel due to an unexpected event. There are not enough words to describe the kindness and help that the hotel staff exhibited on my behalf.
The reception staff, two lovely Italian young ladies, Nicola and Fabiana treated me as family. It was off season and the restaurant was not fully operational, but I was always assured of a delicious lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included every morning with a typical Italian offering complete with a view of the Adriatic. One night during my stay dinner was not provided, so I was asked what I would like and Christian, one of the staff went out and brought back a pizza for me.
Christian and Stefano were part of the operations staff and were always accommodating. Stefano with his bright smile was always there to be sure you were served at meals, along with Nicola and Fabiana. Christian on my last night helped with my luggage at 2:00 am so I could take a bus to the Rome airport.
The hotel itself was situated right on the beach, the rooms were spotless and more than adequate. Prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
If you are ever in Cupra Marittima, you could not find a better place to stay, or a better location on the beach with the sounds of the ocean from your ocean front room.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and got a room with view on the sea for a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. Breakfast is served in front of the hotel with nice view on the beach and the sea.

After a very long day's travelling all the way from Greece (bus, ferry, taxi, flight, hire care), it was night and we were looking for a friendly place to stay for two nights. We had a list of possible accommodation with us, but after phoning none were available or answering. After passing Grottamare, we noticed the neon sign for La Perla and ended up parking right outside the entrance. The lady owner offered us a room facing the beach (with a small balcony) on the first floor which was good for us. It was not overly large, but functional with enough wardrobe space, coat hangers, hairdryer in the bathroom and air conditioning. The mattress and pillows were fine, and it was lovely to wake up with the sea breeze and sunshine entering the room. However we did hear the train once when the balcony door was open. Buffet breakfast is available with yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, marmalades and tea or cappuccino (made by Sergio) The beach is just across the street (not a full on street as it virtually ends on the hotel corner), and there is a cycling track parallel to the beach. We enjoyed walking on the cold sand along the beach in the morning, although there was some litter. The town itself is very pleasant and we do recommend this hotel. The 60 Euro per night was certainly good value.

We stayed in Cupra visiting for a family christening. Very quiet pedestrianised pavement area, with few cars coming through. There is a train track at the back of you, which on the first floor, we heard when the bathroom window was open. Other than that, it was very quiet. The room was clean, and the restaurant more than adequate with the choice of food. We ate out too whilst we were there, so only utilised the restaurant for breakfast (very nice) and one dinner. Would recommend the hotel for location, and general ambience. It is clean and quiet, and close to all amenities on the sea front. This IS, I hasten to add, where the 'italians' go for their holidays, and our family members, had property here for the summer. So don't expect the 'best' English spoken. Be prepared to utilised your language skills. Originally, we were booked into the Cristal, and we declined to have a road facing, noisy room. We're very glad we chose this boutique hotel.
