V.Good visit rooms v good as will location lovely
I enjoyed it so much the swimming pool the beach services
everything is V. Good
The trip was wonderful and the general view is very nice hotel because the hotel has a stunning green and beautiful is not such as hotels and other land
The staff doing their jobs professionally and you can see that they are organized , and this touch across all around the hotel

It's a beautiful architecture, with a Sidi Bousaid inspired design for the rooms and a great Ottoman style for the lobby and the restaurant. Maintenance should be improved as many buildings show lousy painting and air con is not sufficient in many places.
The Hotel is perfectly located at the end of the touristic area of Djerba, not far from the Club Mediterranée resort.
The beach is OK but it was quite dirty because of dead sea seeds rotting on the shore. They finally removed them.
The pool is great although the cascade is out of order which comes to a rather derelict look.
The staff is very helpful and somehow polite. I wonder if they would still be so helpfull in the hotel had been fully booked (1200 beds but we were only 80 client there because of the Sousse massacre a few weeks ago).
The restaurant looks like a canteen rather than a four stars catering service. The food is acceptable.
What is unacceptable is the entertainment around the swimming pool. A bunch of animators are doing their best to generate a dynamic ambiance around the pool. At any time, they try to convince you to come to their aerobic or aquagym or dance sessions. To convince people to participate, they boost the sound system to an unbearable level. I had to ask frequently to lower it and they would not necessarily do it. I understand people need to have fun but they should understand that clients need to have REST!

I love this hotel. Beautiful big garden with small tunisian houses. The houses are hotel. Small nice rooms with everything you need. The room was clean every day. The stuff was great and smiling to everyone. The small problem was that there were no snack in all inclusive. That was because in hotel for one thousand people there were only ten people. So services were bad. But i think that this hotel is good choice for people who are looking for nice hotel close to sea and relaxing vacation

The hotel Is ok for holidays but not Business trips. It's look like big farm with trees, green areas and swimming pools. Most of rooms are small and there are many one floor and two floors buildings and your room might be in one of those rooms.
Also you need to walk from the reception building to the building where your room in.

Laico Djerba Hotel is one of the nicest hotel I have ever been. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and they are definitely big enough. The service was excellent. The animation is definitely a plus, The animators are Always very kind and they make sure that everyone is happy. Also the tour guides from Neckermann and Thomas Cook, who are locally present are very kind and helpfull and they try to give you the best information in your own laguage. The all inclusive formula was an excellent choice! The food was really good and varied. The local specialties were very tasty. Midoun and Houmt souk are very easy to reach by taking a taxi in front of the hotel. Both Midoun and Houmt Souk are 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel because I had a great time over there! Greetz Sophie (17 Years old)
