We booked through OYO and we got a decent room. The AC was either strong or negligible. Bathroom and Internet were all right. We didn't order any food, so no idea about that. The best part is the location; it is close to city centre and well-connected to other parts of the city.
Overall, good place to stay if you are here just for a night or two and if you are going to be spending all your day outdoors.

Started here for 1 night with my family. Pretty decent hotel with bavjood amenities in place. More of a business hotel. Right in the center of the city with the location being the positive.
Good for a quick stay of a day or 2.

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED...FOOD WAS TERRIBLE AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS VERY VERY VERY POOR.,i just felt that i went to the wrong place and i wanted to check out immediately but unforunately i had no option...it was booked already and i only had to stay there for a day only.

Room was very spacious and well lit. It has pretty good interior with all the basic necessities. Hotel staff is cooperative. The hotel is quite approachable as it is located in well known Sector 22 of Chandigarh.

I booked this hotel two months in advance. However, just a week before my check-in date I received a call from this hotel and they told due to some reason they had re-booked my hotel at another Zo hotel and that is having great standard. I believed them and accepted the new booking. However, the experience at the Zo hotel was horrible. The room was stinky and to our surprise at night we discovered the beds are full of bed-bugs, due to which we had to spend sleepless night. When informed to the in-charge at reception, we were told they couldn't do anything about it. Worst experience ever and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at all, otherwise you will surely cut a sorry face later.
