Had booked this hotel for a friend of mine & would like to clarify that ** rating is not "poor" but more as budgeted 2* property - very centrally located with helpful staff and value for money though rooms specially bathrooms need to be cleaner & hygienic.

Beds were uncomfy and 2 of the staff tried to rip me off 50 rupees for a free coffee *sigh*. Shower didn't work either but the room was clean enough.Location was quite good and the manager seemed friendly...

Very comfortable, neat, and friendly atmosphere. The staff is by far the best thing about this accommodation... their eagerness to help and attentiveness to individuals needs is stellar. The room is spacious and clean with A/C, fan, & TV. Shower has hot water with great water pressure // Overall great experience!

Located in prime locality but still cant trace it !!! the hotel is in terrible shape . With a narrow entrance through stair case and badly maintained facility , its pretty unsafe to stay there . It used to be better before,but its getting bad and seriously needs repairs and a face lift. AC's don't work well , lobby and rooms are untidy and still its pricey.They dont accept cards and cash is the only payment option. Only advantage i see is that its located in a prime location. Not recommended especially if your with your family .

It is one of the best Budget Hotel at Karol Bagh in Delhi. It is very good hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was very well maintained. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Quality and taste of food served was very good. Our stay here was unforgetable.
