Quite a basic hotel but clean and functional - the breakfast was included (and very adequate). There isn't air conditioning and the courtyard is noisy during the night with the window open (essential when there's no air con). There's no lift so lifting bags up 2 flights of stairs can be difficult but this hotel is extremely fairly priced for what they offer in a wonderful district of Paris, close to shopping, metros and the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is well kept and hidden which is nice. Once you walk into the courtyard the street noise goes away. The rooms are small as well as the bathroom and if you book during a hot month be prepared. No AC just a tower fan. Would be a great fall/winter hotel as it has heat. The staff is very sweet and welcoming

This was just what we wanted - a reasonably priced, privately run hotel which was central but in a smart, quiet area away from tourist sites. Ten mins walk to tour Eifel and 5 mins from metro and RER, but peaceful nights to make most of our stay. Also plenty of restaurant, cafes, creperies and chocolate shops 2 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff.

Been in Paris for two days, the place is nice, just what you are looking good. In Paris you need just a nice bed to rest. And this hotel fulfill my expectativas. Cheaper if you book from Booking.com, in addition the place it really close to trocadero square.

The Hotel Hameau De Passy is a great base from which to discover Paris. The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood within a 10 minute walk of the Eiffel Tower and a Paris metro station. There are good restaurants nearby and a small shopping center across the street that has a Monoprix market--very handy for restocking basic supplies.
My family and I have stayed there four times in the past 10 years, usually during August, and have been very pleased. The rooms are not large but not cramped either. The available breakfast is a basic French petit dejeuner in a rather cramped downstairs area but they will fix you an omelet if you wish for an additional cost. For most Americans who get tired of French breakfasts of bread and coffee, this is a nice bonus. They will also refill your coffee on request--something not always available at a cafe.
There is no air conditioning but an open window will keep the temperature in the room during the summer comfortable for most. However, the open window will let in noise from the narrow courtyard below. People coming in late at night and leaving early in the morning dragging luggage may disturb light sleepers. If you have a room on the ground floor, this may be especially bothersome.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is bilingual and always cheerfully willing to be of assistance.
I recommend Hôtel Le Hameau de Passy and would stay there again.
