We very much enjoyed our stay here in May 2017.
From the point of booking Valerie and Gino were the perfect hosts, staying in touch and making sure we could check in easily and made some great recommendations on places to see.
We arrived to a spotless, comfortable room with an amazing view! Room 10 has a private balcony where we enjoyed an amazing sunset before going out in the evenings.
Food at the hotel is generous. Breakfasts were always an enjoyable experience with lots on offer. One night we opted for dinner the hotel. Gino is a great chef who created a wonderful meal with local ingredients.
We enjoyed the stay and would happily come back again.

We stayed for only a short night because it was near the Nice airport and we had a very early flight. The late check-in process was smooth.
The room itself was small with signs like "don't wash your laundry in the sink" and "don't eat in the room". Felt like staying in a hostel yet I've stayed at better hostels around the world. The bathroom was minimal with cheap toiletries and a blind that didn't cover all the way - ensuring privacy.
Our room was downstairs and we could hear a mom and young child talking and yelling in the lobby. Disruptive.
The only positive thing is the panoramic view - we booked the city view but definitely not worth the money. So I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than one night.

Small, cozy and good hotel with lovley and helpfull owners. We could upgrade our rom which was very good. Nice view over the town particularly at night time.
The only negativ thing I cant say is that its you can hear everything that the other guests do in their rooms and in the reception.
If you book this hotel you should also know that its about a 15 mins walk uphill to come to the hotel if you miss the buss (that dosen't go that often).

Our hosts, Valerie and Gino were the perfect hosts. Plus Gino is not a bad cook and tour guide, Gino should try out for the French equivalent of Master Chef or My Kitchen Rules.
Our room was right at the bottom of the terraced steps, it was private and had its own outdoor patio. The room was very clean and tidy, couldn't have asked for more. The dinning room overlooks Nice and is spectacular.
Gino also had some very good tips for short tours or trips we could organise ourselves.
Would highly recommend Le Panoramic, it's only a short bus and tram ride into Nice and Nice is easy to navigate around.

My spouse and I stayed only one of the 3 nights we had booked (room 9, 13 June). Something happened. No photo... The owner was unreasonable about it and we lost 2/3 of our pre-paid room unjustly. This was not a good experience at all.
