We had a family room that smelled like a pile of cocoa beans.
The bathroom was apart of being small, dangerous. You had to squeeze and climb into the bathtub which was at the same same the place to shower yourself.
Staff was very polite though , but the images shown on their side with the pool etc are made by a photographer that know how to make pictures look very nice.
Also note that payment needs to be done upon arrival ( no down payment but full amount ) .

well worth a visit to this modern easy to find hotel...
We had from start to finisha trouble free nights stay.
super clean hotel
staff very friendly and charming.
a pleasure to stay there.
will be sure to book again.

Ok only for one night. Near is busy roads and shopping centers. At evening guy on reception said that breakfast is included, and in the morning the other staff member said that we need to pay. It's not possible to buy water at evening

The check in process took ages requiring contact by the friend who booked it contacting booking.com to sort the hotel out. Booking.com had confirmed to us the cancellation of one room and the change of names on the other two rooms. The hotel claimed not to have received any communication. Hotel appeared to run on paper so suspect they lost control of the bookings. Breakfast average. Rooms average. Miles out of Marseille. Had to get taxi back late at night. Taxi driver sending texts as he drove.

very poor service and very bad problem resolution. No wifi in the room, no soap, very bad shower and very bad service. The manager arrived half an hour late and made us wait to resolve the problem. His solution was to offer us breakfast, but that was just as poor as all the rest. The excuse that the 14th of July as 3 days before makes it really worse.
