Really nice check in , really nice reception staff who will help and give you advice on what to do in the area and really want to help you. Breakfast was great really fresh cakes and nice coffee with a very professional waiter who was always there smiling. I also forgot my shirt and they organised it to be shipped back very quickly. The room was also nice and clean. They have great beer in the minibar too!

Very clean and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff + nice breakfast to boot. Slightly off the beaten path but a short walk to spiaggia di sottotorre and the town centre. I would definitely recommend.

Really recommend this guesthouse. Very clean, good sized room. Comfy bed and pillows. Best thing has to be their breakfasts. Although I couldn't eat them, there were 8 amazing, home baked cakes for breakfast. For me, the very handsome manager produced a great range of gluten-free products! Great coffee too. 10 minutes walk from secluded beach and great restaurants.

Well signposted hotel in Calasetta (otherwise would be hard to find). A bit like a motel, with sufficient free parking.
Comfortable room, quality en-suite, air con, fridge, balcony. Very clean.
Friendly reception staff with useful information about the island and restaurant recommendations (even made a booking for us).
No hotel restaurant, but many excellent restaurants in Calasetta.
Buffet breakfast was ok.

Stayed here 4 nights May 2016, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good selection of pastries at breakfast and room clean and comfortable. The beach is only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to the centre of the town. We used the hotel as a base to visit the area, check out the other beaches close by and recommend a trip on the ferry to Isola Di San Pietro and Carloforte. La Caletta Restaurant on the beach is very good.
