I recently visited with frnds & had booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3nights stay ,we had very bad experience .1 of the room had Rat .even on the next day when we were given another room they were filthy ,view outside the room is pathetic.Most of the Food mentioned in menu is not available & watever is served is pathetic .Bathrooms dont hav proper tolietries & towels .Staff is not at all helpful .Clieanliness is not upto the mark.will never recommend this to anyone.

I visited Guwahati to be a part of Navratri celebration at Ma khamakya temple. I stayed at Hotel Lilawati Grand for 3 nights. All I can honestly say is that this hotel is very good in terms of it's proximity to all tourist attractions in Guwahati. The rooms are clean and the food is outstanding. More than all this the staff are extremely courteous and take all efforts to keep the guests comfortable. My special thanks to the Manager and the front desk staff who catered to all my requests, arranged my travel needs and made my stay very memorable. The hotel driver Mr. Gautam kumar who was entrusted to take me around was just outstanding.Very polite and immensely reliable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Guwahati.

Rooms are surrounded by buildings on all sides; view from the rooms are not pleasant. Some rooms stink due to poor drainage from bathrooms. Also room decors are below standard. Breakfast quality is poor. Overall the hotel does not provide value for money.

A very beautiful Hotel .Near to station.Well maintained..Neat and clean. Curtious staff.
Hot and delicious veg.food in restaurent. Good service. Transport when asked provided.Takes care of the Guests.

This hotel is located in the famous Panbazaar but to a corner. The hotel has extremely small rooms, bathroom fittings seems just like temporary structure. Shower does not work and toilet shower leaks out water to entire bathroom whereas it is prominently displayed that please keep bathrooms dry. Free complimentary breakfast is just OK with bread, omelette, parathna and some Real juice. The locality is also very old.
