The staff here are absolutely fantastic and nothing is a problem for them - they go out of their way to help in any way possible and make you feel very welcome and can do fantastic aperitifs! The room were very large and had air conditioning as well as black out blinds - would definitely recommend. Fantastic breakfast with lots of fresh fruit as well as all other buffet breakfast items and fresh hot drinks. Internet facilities.

Wonderful hotel, that is impeccably clean and family run.
Great staff very helpful, excellent breakfast lots of choices.
We have always booked this a Hotel in Asti since our first visit in 2009 never been disappointed. Great location to enjoy all events in Asti.

The previous reviews don't lie. This is a pleasant, modest hotel close to the centre of Asti. The staff are welcoming and very helpful and the complimentary bottle of wine and fruit are a very nice human touch. The room was large and airy though the tiles on the floors and thin walls left something to be desired with the acoustics (maybe ask guests not to wear high heels - the clip-clop of footsteps above me woke me up!).Nicely appointed bathroom with towels individually wrapped to ISO standards! Also a selection of soaps and shower gels. Cleanliness is obviously important in the hotel. Breakfast was good by Italian standards with a selection of fruit, cheeses and meats. And good wholemeal bread (rare in Italy!). No garage but plenty of parking spaces in the street outside.

This is a great family owned hotel in the center of Asti, a few minutes away from the train station.
I came here for work and I only noticed positive aspects! I list here the most important ones:
- It is close both to the city center and the train station.
- The staff is very kind and offer their help as soon as you need.
- My room was simple and comfortable.
- The cleaning standards are very high.
- The breakfast is not so varied, but it is good.
- The whole hotel is provided with a fast WiFi connection.
If I came back again in Asti, I will suggest my company to book a room at this hotel for sure!

We recently spent a few days in Asti, Hotel Lis was a great place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were given water, coffee and a pastry while our room was prepared. Fresh fruit in our room was delightful, we had been travelling for 4 weeks and fruit was something we were missing. The staff recommended places to eat close by and made reservations. We needed laundry done, the staff also attended to this for us. Any questions we had were answered. The breakfast was also good, again seeing fresh fruit was a treat. We would recommend this place to everyone.
