I with family and a relative family reached this hotel in the evening to attend a marriage I had reservation but my cousin family (who was under the impression that a room is reserved in their name but because of miscommunication it was not .) did not had a room reservation The hotel was full . However the man on reception offered to give only avilable acomodation ; the executive suit; and was considerate to give it on half the traiff so my cousin could attend the marriage being hosted in same hotel.
Rooms are good & fairly comfortable I can not comment more about food etc as I stayed just for a night and was guest to marriage host
Marriage lawn and hall attached to hotel are located at the back but well connected with hotel Marriage hall is fairly big and well furnished; the open space ; the lawn attached to it is huge and it is very good place to host marriages; dinners and big parties

We often visit this place due to its proximity and good dishes offered by it. The most wanting dish being the sizzlers. However off late they have started serving smaller portions. But definitely worth it.

Excellent hotel facility.... Very neat nd clean Restro. The lunch in the restro was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the lunch very much. Very friendly staff at the hotel, good service .

Spent a great 2 weeks here. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a/c and fast wifi. Massive bathroom with powerful shower and lots of hot water. Staff were really friendly and looked after us very well. Restaurant and snack bar also great- would definitely come again!

Stayed with my daughter for two weeks while teaching in Kanpur. We had an excellent room that was kept beautifully clean...water and tea and coffee making facilities every day. Super, friendly and helpful staff and we felt very well looked after. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice and excellent evening meals either in the restaurant ( the paneer sizzler was a great favourite) or in the self service snack bar. Would highly recommend. Close walking distance to the mall too. Would definitely return.
