Food is ok. Apple's with the chocolate fondue weren't the freshest. I've talked with friends and they had a similar experience. I've been to other melting pots and this one is well below par in both food and service (from the hostess, waiter, and manager).

I guess one would wonder why go to the Melting Pot after a horrible experience at another location, but we did, and are we glad. The waitress took the time to explain all the different cooking flavors and she was spot on on all of her recommendations. Wasn't too busy, and made it an enjoyable, relaxing meal.

Service and food was amazing. You get what you pay for. Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Staff gave full explination of how everything was cooked

Booked a table for me, my wife and my two children for this evening. We arrived and were seated as our reservation stated at 6:15PM. By 6:40PM we left after confronting the host to inform him that we had been waiting for 25 minutes and not ONE waiter/waitress had even said 'hello'. We don't go out often and were looking forward to our evening with our children. We headed to another restaurant to spend our cash, somewhere that appreciated our business.
After seeing our review on Facebook, the general manager reached out to me. They offered a free meal for two, even though there were 4 people wasting their time that night. The manager also said that they would include the communication tool in their staff training.

I only wish they would go back to preppining at the table. Apparently someone complained that they did not like that, so Melting Pot stopped. Seiously people???
