We stayed here (bed & breakfast) in November for two nights, prior to a mini cruise around the Mediterranean. Top marks to the reception staff as they gave us a very polite and friendly greeting when we arrived. The whole checking in procedure was smooth and stress free, with our bags being taken directly to our room. We were delighted with our room, which was spacious with the decor being very light and easy on the eye. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, so sleep was never a problem. The shower delivered hot water and there were plenty of complimentary toiletries. Our room was always spotlessly clean after the maid had visited, so a thumbs up for the cleaning regime. There was plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast. What I particularly liked was the 3 hour breakfast slot for guests, so there was no need to think about missing it. The smart and tastefully decorated bar lounge downstairs was equipped with plenty of easy chairs and was a perfect place for cocktails in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here in November 2017 for a special birthday birthday for my wife. This was chosen as it looked like a special hotel and when we got there we realised it was a special hotel. It was like stepping back in time to the 1920/30s as the Art Deco styling was stylishly done and throughout, very classy.
Service was exceptional and probably what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Food was great, we only sampled breakfast which was more than ample with a choice across a range of quality dishes in a buffet style. We had cocktails in the bar one evening and although the price was expensive (€15 each) there was a plate of canapés and large bowls of complimentary nuts and nibbles provided which helped provide the additional value. Well made cocktails by the way.
I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome, especially if you don't mind walking. The hotel is positioned about 1.5km from the top of the town but a lovely walk across a 'park' (Villa Borghese grounds) and located in a leafy quiet area. We covered 60km of walking over 3.5days as the best way to cover Rome is on foot so we're happy to do the walk from the hotel.

Rooms: had patio room. Large bathroom with separate shower in bathroom foyer, gorgeous shared patio, giant (larger than US King) comfortable bed, good WiFi, complimentary local cell phone, fridge/ mini bar, neat tech features that don't distract from old world charm
Staff: simply unbelievable from doorman to front desk to bartender/ breakfast waiters to housekeeping. Best staff I've ever had pleasure of staying with
Property itself is very inviting in a nice neighborhood. There are restaurants and shopping in neighborhood which is very walkable. Taxis are available at nearby piazza to get to main tourist areas of Rome (almost always ~10E). Breakfast was great and a very pleasant experience. Hotel is quiet and away from the madness that is Rome.
I very highly recommend and would definitely return

We cannot speak more highly of the service and stay we had at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
We had a wonderful 9 days and would recommend this hotel to all.
You would not be disappointed.

stayed here for 4 days break this September. Very nice rooms and delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay unique. Thank you very much for this lovely stay. we will come back on our next visit to Italy!
