We made the reservation with Hotel Acadia and this is one of three hotels that are part of it; it is in a different building around the corner from Hotel Acadia. It is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. But, we were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so if you have any difficulties climbing stairs, be sure to let them know so you can have a room on a lower floor. The rooms are modern within a centuries' old building; I very much liked the look of the bare stone wall. A drawback is that the shower is tiny; housekeeping did not always leave a bar of soap and there was no liquid soap, although there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. A special feature is that there is a small attractive terrace available at the Hotel Acadia for guests of all 3 hotels. We bought wine and cheese and had two very pleasant "happy hours" there.

I stayed here for four nights with my husband and really enjoyed the location and the hotel room. The Hotel Louisbourg is around the corner from where you check in, but that was not an issue at all. Valet parking was good. The breakfast included was excellent and filled us up for a day of walking around Quebec City. Our room had two windows with a nice view of Rue Saint Louis. The room also had wood floors and brick walls. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's location and price.

Excellent value! Plan on $20 per night for parking.
Rooms have a nice feel to them. Very clean. Friendly hotel staff. For us, a hotel is a place to sleep at night and a launching point for the days activities. This hotel was perfect for our needs.

We went in November 2015 and we definitely made an excellent decision of staying at Hotel Louisbourg. The staff was so welcoming and kindly assisted when we missed a night due to air flight cancelation. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Old Quebec, this is one of the best location to start your adventure! It a small hotel but we loved it! Just few steps from Frontenac Castle! Don't miss this opportunity!

Did not have any hot water in my room both at night and in the morning.
We were on the forth floor and half the room is wasted due to the inclined roof.
Not much services on the premises as everything is handled at the Acadia a block away.
I'm not going back
