Luciya Hotel is bang opposite the KSRTC bus stand. Very good location.
Our visit to Ernakulam was for a very short duration. We reached by bus in the morning and left in the evening.
So a 24 hour check-in check-out was really useful for us. Hotel Luciya was one of the very few budget hotels which provided this facility. It saved us a lot of money.
The complementary buffet breakfast at their restaurant, was very tasty and sumptuous.
Room was clean and comfortable.
We booked a taxi from the hotel and were given a brand new car.
Staff at the hotel is very friendly and courteous. They can speak fluent English and Hindi and Tamil.
Highly recommended for short visits.

I stayed in executive deluxe room. It was average experience. Suitable for economical booking. Food was nice. Room service need to be improved. Hot water is available at bathroom. Small refrigerator, TV, telephone are there. 24 hours check out. Location was nice to muck around the city.

I happened to be there last week for a business meet.its in the heart of the city and near KSRTC bus stand which makes it a good choice for those who alight at KSRTC in the wee hours .it has a bar attached to it and a good restaurant .The rooms are spacious and clean .I recommend this hotel for all those who come to ernakulam .I believe it has 24 hour check in .Ideal place to relax and refresh.

Arriving very early as cochin we needed a 24 hr check-in. That greatly limited our options. Also we needed something close to railway station and bus stand. So, Luciya was one option we found.
Room: Room is clean. TV has channels in hindi, english and local languages. Spacious enough to move around. Both fan and AC to adjust to your needs.
Washroom: Very small. For toiletries we got toothpaste, toothbrush, hand wash soap and 2 towels. No tissue rolls.
Complementary breakfast- Appam, upma, sambhar, 2 kinds of curry, boiled eggs, tea, and coffee were in the menu. Nothing fell short as long as we were eating.
Experience was average. Better than expectations generated by the bad reviews of previous year. I think the hotel is working on it.
However if 24 hr check-in is not your criteria, then you have far better options in cochin for sure.

It's a good place to stay. Centrally located near mercy bus stop. The hotel also arranges for local sight seeing and back water boating. The staff are very courteous. Very neat and tidy rooms. The only reason why I did not give excellent is when we had requested for extra bed the sheet given with was clean but torn. The complimentary breakfast was also not sufficient for all the guest and we had to wait for long time for the food to be served again
