We stayed here on an organized walking holiday with rooms booked by our tour operator. While the room was large and clean (smelled of bleach on arrival) the things that should make this a 4 star hotel were lacking. Internet was 3 Euros per device per day, the water heater in the room was turned to the minimum so we ran out of hot water half way through the 2nd shower, the outside lighting was inadequate and dangerous, what was labeled as orange juice at breakfast was some sort of who knows what watered down dry mix, coffee served from a carafe was weak and cold, only 3 towels provided, 2 bath and 1 hand, you get the idea. Staff was surly and seemed that they could not be bothered with simple questions or requests.
If you read through about 3 pages of reviews here you will see these all complaints echoed by others, so our experience is not isolated. We told our walking company they need to to fine someplace else for their customers to stay. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Fine compound with scattered apartments on 2 floors. Hotel includes 2 small pools in the centre and offered several services like sauna and massage. Unfortunately there was no WiFi (low season) in the apartments available. The size of the apartment was bigger than usually. Breakfast buffet was okay and service was all the time very friendly and helpful.

We were well pleased with this hotel, it was nice and peaceful just what we were looking for, The staff at the hotel were very friendly, enjoyed the food on offer but could have probably done with a bigger selection, rooms were cleaned daily & towels changed daily, if your looking for a really relaxing holiday then this is the hotel to come to

Hotel is very quiet, bar doesn't open until 5pm so if you are having a day by the pool there is nowhere to buy any refreshments. Food mediocre, ok if you like pork, fish or salad! Staff not very friendly. No lights in the walkways so quite dangerous if your on the second floor and coming out of the lift to your room as you could quite easily fall down the stairs which are situated right next to the lift. We also had ants running around in the room. Whilst we were there they had a problem with the electrics and we were without electric for about 4hrs they bashed a hole in the wall to get to the cables which were then left exposed. and did not open anywhere that you could have bought a coffee. The only English channel you get on the television is Sky News. Loved the area and it was only a 5min walk to the beach. If you chose to use this hotel make sure you have plenty of supplies of refreshments in the fridge in your room. I also found out on our last day about a communal kitchen where you have the use of a kettle and a microwave? The staff on reception don't tell you about it? Also for the two weeks we were there they were drilling and banging which once again there was no apology.

Very bad needs a lot of work leaks everywhere downstairs in our block , no outside lighting at night very dangerous. Food awful inedible and Luke warm coffee. No tea/ coffee in rooms but told use the kitchen . In the kitchen no kettle no cups no spoons no coffee no tea nothing . This hotel needs money spent on it and fast !!!!!
