Booked this hotel for one night short stay through MMT with 2K price. Checkin was smooth and staff was courteous and extended required help. Parking, RO water and additional bed (mattress only on floor) provided on request for my kid. Location is good, near to railway station. didn't tried food here. Nearby local eating joints are also available. Overall nice stay with sound sleep. Toiletries were just OK. Would recommend and like to stay again if deal is around 2K/night.

This is our third time at this hotel and the service has always been excellent especially reception /bar all staff are very friendly and they go out of of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Nothing is too much trouble,the rooms are clean,and there is plenty shops near the hotel.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

we've stayed at this hotel before and its always been an excellent hotel,nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they will go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible,and all are very friendly especially reception/bar,we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel in general is good. Good food, staff is courteous. We had some issues with the room initially, most of which were solved. One water leakage problem in the toilet was, which was reported on first day of stay and reminded on subsequent days , was not resolved till the end of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel.

I have used this hotel twice & all i have to say is excellent, the staff are very very well mannered & helpful. I booked the presidential suite which was nothing less than 5 star. Room service was excellent, the bar and restaurant is equaly just as good. I strongly recommend this hotel for its price range service & luxury.
