Hotel Mahadeva regency is an average budget hotel. Do not expect much out of this hotel but it is good for a short stay. There are plenty of restaurants available near the hotel & also the connectivity of the hotel is very good.

Kanpur has a few option of Economy hotel. Mahadeva Regency is more of Motel than Hotel. Recently they have renovated the rooms. Rooms are small but its ok. Very less option of dinner near surroundings.

Very Average Hotel. Not much facilities like food etc as its just a budget stay option. Not very much maintained however can choose for short stay as its quite economical. Rooms are OK and washroms are quite old so they need bit of maintainence. Rest location is a bit relaxed place

The accommodation is very much congested. The bed sheets were not fresh. The Wi-Fi never worked for me. Not a good option, no value for money.
The people were good. Still can not take this as an option.

Pros:
1.Good location
2.Good Service(They booked my car to Lucknow,hailed cabs & bought tatkal tkts for me,they arranged pick up & drop.Staff is prompt and eager to help.)
3.Excellant food
Cons:
1.everything is old in this hotel,room,ac,phone,bed,wall plasters,bathroom fittings etc but in working condition..
So I suggest if ur are in a short business trip and adjust a bit then u can go for it.
