we stayed for 03 nights with 8 adults & 4 kids @ Mana,Ranakpur.
resort is good as a property but services are too slow and not appreciated
they didn't prepare buffet dinner or Lunch saying we do not have more guests to serve and at the same time buffet was arranged for foreign guests and the most importantly asking for infant to roam around at the time of meal, Staff was not came willingly.

Beautiful Resort Of Ranakpur - Rajasthan
I have been in to mana from 02.11.2017 to 05.11.2017. I have no words how i enjoyed my stay there. excellent food,Smooth Check in , quick house keeping services, crystal clear swimming pool,huge rooms and villas, complimentary DJ night on every Saturday,always smiling faces of front office, restaurant, house keeping, security etc...

Fantastic food, great hospitality and amazing rooms. The villas are amazing. And the punjabi theme night was too good.
Right from welcome to stay and check out everything was super comfortable. Mr Pushpender and mr Bhalerao are very courteous and considered all our requests.

Stayed in Ground Villa (which is the largest room available in Mana Hotels, Ranakpur) between 16th-20th Oct'17 with my family (4 of us including my wife & 2 children above 15). We'd gone for a 3N/4D package inclusive of all meals. Firstly, about the property, it's a modern resort very aesthetically designed with lush green spaces and a touch of rustic through use of stones; which gives a proper balance of modern with traditional.
The Swimming Pool is well-maintained, and there are lots of games/activities like Table Tennis, Billiards, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket, etc. which keep the children happily occupied.
The Ground Villa room is large size and easily accommodates 4 (with 2 extra beds). The Bathroom is also big size and overall the cleanliness/ hygiene levels are well-maintained with good linen/towels, etc. The housekeeping staff is courteous and does a good job in keeping room clean and self-sufficient as per your requirements.
Coming to food, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food as well as the serving size. The staff in the restaurant were extremely caring and courteous, and served smilingly. Remember the names of Naresh Rathor and Mukesh Prajapati, who served us quite well, apart from the other staff who were also very good. They may not be most professional as per modern city hotels, but they take good care like traditional Indian hospitality.
We went to Kumbhalgarh on the 2nd day afternoon and returned back late evening after seeing the fort, temples, Light-Sound show, etc. On the 3rd day, we visited local places in a Jeep which covered Ranakpur Dam(nice place with water body), a 450 year old Jain temple with good architecture, villages, etc. This local trip was part of our package.
We also had a traditional oil massage done in the Hotel, which was quite good.
Overall, I would strongly recommend this place , especially if you come with children/or in groups. Will definitely revisit it again in near future - it's a paradise in the midst of nowhere!

Lovely rooms and food, staff couldn't do enough to help us. A few of us were a bit sick on arrival and stay organised a car to local hospital for medicine. Location is very near local town with temples nearby. Good place to stop when traveling
