It's nice I came with my kids and the hotel was nice..there are lot of negative reviews but I feel the hotel is nice and the staff there are really helpful.
The food is also nice and it fits in my budget as well

We were 5 families travelling and we need to refresh ourselves before the flight at 12 noon
We stayed here only a couple of hours. The advantage is that the hotel is close to PALLAVARAM station [5 minutes walk]. The rooms are small and bathrooms cramped. The AC was not working properly.
The complimentary breakfast was OK but the service was very poor at the restaurant. The breakfast is a set menu and you can order other items at extra cost.
Kindly choose the hotel just to refresh and do not expect any luxury treatment here. Feel it is a better option compared to the surrounding hotel in the AIRPORT proximity area.

I check in May 1st 2017 late evening, i got very worst and terrible experience,there is no proper department based staffs, they doing very very lazy work, one women ( she is not relevent to the front office) always speak personal matter loudly with other workers in front of the room guest, there is no proper communicatoin with workers, they fight themselves in hotels, VERY VERY VERY BAD FOOD IN RESTAURANT, morning complimentary(?) break fast!!!!! ( no chance), very worst food, No one look like a responsible staffs, Hotel is looks good from outside but inside everythings not well, Just had a horrible stay in this hotel. I suggest not to book this hotel if you are travelling to chennai.

We checked in as a family for 1 day. Hotel is located near to Pallavaram signal and to the Airport. Room is small. Bathroom is good. A/c was not working properly as the cooling effect was not there. They give complementary breakfast without Tea or Coffee.
Pickup is available from the Airport. Restaurant is good offering good veg meals.

An ideal place to relax in the outdoors at a terrace bar is The Dungeon bar on the 4th floor of this hotel overlooking the highway and music. Nice food witnh the drinks make the music more melodious. Close to the Chennai Airport, this hotel with bar is located at Pallavaram at a distance of 2 stops from Tirusulam.
Go once and you will want to go again and again for relaxing time in the evening staying 4 floors above the traffic snarls of Chennai.
Beer is very expensive at double the MRP. Comparitively, the alcohol price is more affordable than beer.
