1. Good location if you are looking to travel around South Goa. Not so much if you want to vacation in North Goa(which is de facto party paradise)
2. Average service barring housekeeping which was fine

Horrible. Will never visit again. Food was good and so is the location. But many better options are available. Avoid and strictly no if you are with your family. The bathroom was untidy. Even drinking water was not provided.

Stayed from 24-29th Nov, room was ok, services were utterly poor, took(Cheated) Rs800 extra saying we discolored two of their towels which can't even be washed. Both the women receptionist and the laundry lady(always seen with a walkie).
No hotel reciept provided just a cash voucher.
Try avoiding this hotel.

Stayed for one day. Rather an average experience. The only thing good about the hotel is its location. The hotel is worth the amount you pay for.
The rooms are fairly large and accommodating, but just basic .They could do with a major makeover. The creaky lift just refused to stop at our floor. The front office is helpful, but the room service and housekeeping is just terrible.
Linen and towels were not up-to the mark. The restaurant on the first floor had decent food and good prices. Parking is a problem. It seems that the owners have just given up on any improvement. I just stayed for a day and called it quits.

Hotel is old but maintained ok. Location is decent. Overall stay was comfortable.
They have a rest "PADMAJA".
Goan Thali is great Also their fried rice is good My nephew [refers this and says that In goan rests. it is one of the best
Other facilities like TV, toilet, etc. was good,
There is a tea/coffee hot water kettle in the room
