All these makes the location truly splendid. Hotel Maple Regency has crossed twenty-five years, with an experienced Management; Maple is a Hotel with a difference! We have a concept which no other Hotel can offer within the city, Cottage Rooms, we term it! A part of The P.K.V House built in 1891, was converted. Designed to accommodate our guests at an affordable price (Air-conditioned and Non air-conditioned cottages). We also have regular rooms and premium rooms which are situated in the Main block, these also come air-conditioned and Non air-conditioned. Booked online to stay here, only booked one night to see how the place was. The train was late so we did not arrive till midnight. When we arrived we were told that they do not accept online bookings anymore. They didn't check the computer to see if we had a booking and prices were double what which was stated online so you have to argue. In saying that rooms were clean. However to use the wifi there was an additional charge and wifi was only accessible in the reception area. Man behind the desk was nice even though we had arguments about price of room. We left after one night as better places to stay for same price.

The owners English was good and was happy to help you find things and explain things to you. The price was bit confusing as they added tax and took away something else. But the end result was pretty cheap, less than 600rs per night. Although you did have to pay extra for wifi. The rooms were scrubbed clean, however there were cockroaches. This is not the hotels fault as the surounding area has so many of them they can't keep them out. If you really dislike them, then I'd suggest you stay at kochi fort not ernnakulum.

i stayed here for 2 month ago.this is a very ugly hotel.wifi is chargeble and only available in receptin and their is no service.they charged very over price.room is very old and no neatness.their is lot of mosquitos and rats.the picture showing in online is not match in reality.

We stayed here for two nights and planned our trip from reception. Inzam was highly helpful and even wrote us out a plan of where to go in Kerala. Thoughtful and bright young man! 10/10 service from him!

The service was poor, the accomodation was ok but very overpriced in comparrison with many other places I have stayed in India and I wouldn't reccommend Ernakulam as a place to visit. The transportation to the airport wasn't cheaper than from Fort Kochi, which although also very touristic, is at least a little more picturesque.
