The hotel was more than we expected. It was well designed, Rooms were a good size and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. Stay included an amazing full breakfast buffet. Their pool was very well designed. Hotel was close to everything. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel we stayed was really clean and staff were nice great hotel to stay almost everything is walking distance food,markets,theater I really enjoy our stay I recommend this place maria isabel and great pool and they have a in house restaurant the food was ok

I live in Mexico and have traveled through it for more than fifty years. This is one of the best non-resort hotels that I have stayed at because it has ALL of the things that I want:
Not too far from a major freeway
Good quality rooms
Good, free in-room wifi
Friendly staff
Room safes (very important to me)
Easy parking with excellent auto security
Firm beds that don't wreck my back
Good neighborhood for walking with outdoor running track within one block
On-site restaurant with very good breakfast buffet
It also has two good-sized swimming pools and a nice surrounding pool area. I have not seen the fitness center, so I can't comment.
In summary, this is a comfortable, secure place that is very user friendly. If you are driving a car, it is much easier than negotiating the downtown hotels. I speak Spanish to the staff, so I'm not sure of their strength in English. My experience has been so perfect here that I would personally never take the chance on another hotel in Colima.

This hotel was recommended by some family. We went there to spend two nights and three days in Colima. We went with a big family group. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean but with few amenities (no hair dryer, coffee maker, safe etc). The pool area is great with families. We were travelling with 5 kids and they had a blast in the pool; although it is not heated and feels cold but Colima does get very hot during the day so not a huge problem. Overall, I would consider staying here again. Not fancy but was decent value for money.

The hotel has an impressive lobby, but the way the rooms are surrounded but the parking lot gives you a Motel 6 feel. Our rooms were comfortable and a good size. The AC worked well and we felt safe parking our car, since it was right next to our room. The pool area and the trampoline were the highlight of the hotel for our kids. It had 3 to 4 distinct pools with slides and waterfalls. That being said there were a lot of kids in the pool, and it was even booked for local family's birthday parties. I saw some questionable matter floating in the pool that lessened my enjoyment, but we notified staff and it was taken care of quickly. We only stayed here one night before we flew back to the States. The airport is pretty close, so it worked for our needs. The hotel was under construction on the far side, but it did not effect our stay. We would return if in Colima.
