I had reservation through the booking and they are offering free shutlle to and from the airport. When I wanted to use it, I called the hotel and had really hard time to communicating with barely english speaking person. He could not get me shuffle and even not get some taxi. On airport they quoted 40 EUR for 5 min ride. I had to take another hotel right on the airport and I cancelled the booking, but they havent given me the refund yet, not responding to my messages, that is why I have to give them 1*. I hope I will see my money back.

We found this place on Booking.com, but didn't book it through the web site as we we found the hotel by the map. It stated on hotel description that it offered free shuttle to and from airport. When we went to check out they charged us 30 euro each way for the shuttle. When I showed the concierge the details about the free shuttle, he said you only get free shuttle if you book on booking.com. They also charged us an extra 5 euro above Internet price. All up, 70 euro more than we should have paid. Average hotel at best and not near airport, next to a freeway with car noise and a barking dog all night. Definitely look elsewhere.

The room lacked adequate lighting in the room and towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was not in a nice area, so we ate dinner in the attached restaurant. A good place to stay near the airport if you have a flight early the next morning.

To start I will say that this is an airport hotel so the area is not great (it's naples so where is)
However I couldn't fault the hotel it has huge rooms amazing showers enthusiastic decor and the staff were amazing. Luigi on reception was great ordering us pizza when everything was shut, sorting us a cheap taxi. Great value!
