Had a three-day conference there and every aspect went very well. Staff was pleasant, facilities were excellent, food service was outstanding. I say "Let's go back!" My wife and I were very pleased with out stay.

The Hotel Maya is a very unique hotel that is very appealing and the staff made the stay a very pleasant experience for our entire group. The views of the harbor from the rooms and the restaurant/bar are spectacular.

It took long time to check in & still didn't get the room we paid for. People ahead of us had the same issues. Didn't get the room they paid for. Room was dirty. Dust everywhere. Check out was terrible. Still didn't get the statement in the email.
The name has changed to "Maya" but the quality is of a motel 6.
Food was also terrible. No flavor.
Never to stay imir comeback to this hotel.

We traveled with friends to go on a cruise. Stayed here due to free shuttle to the port. Hotel was clean, beautiful and staff was great. View was great. Sitting out by the water with friends and a fire pit. Bar staff and shuttle staff was great.

This is the second time we Stayed for a Cruise Park and Cruise.
Maya is a great way to start your trip. Very nice out side dinning with great food and drinks to start a good Cruise. Rooms a nice and large so you have plenty of room for those suitcases.. most have a balcony. with good view if your facing the water, if your not its ok you will be seeing enough water on your trip... The Restaurant has nice heaters at night and great seating around a fireplace ..round table .. Fun place for all ages ...Try the lamb appetizers very good..
