Stayed for 2 nights in October. Hotel is located next to the popes palace and is central. We arrived by TGV and would recommend a taxi from Avignon TGV as the walk from Avignon centre station with suitcases can be a little tiring.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
All in all an excellent stay. If we return to Avignon we will be staying here again.

Location is great since it’s at the heart of the city. Service is great especially the reception. We had a the room with a very nice view, which is just next to the the palais du pape. Great thanks once again to the team at the reception who was so helpful to us. Will goose the same hotel again next time I pass avignon.

Very pleasant stay in this modern hotel right in the heart of Avignon. Just a very short walk to all major historic sights. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and well kept public areas, although these are limited. Breakfast excellent, room rather small, but everything one needs, including good bathroom. Will be happy to return.

Spent 3 nights here, and it is in a fabulous location. Although it is almost impossible to get here by car (especially as we arrived during a festival). The restaurants and tourist sights are all easy walking distance. The foyer is small and can be quite crowded when the large tour groups congregate. The reception staff are extremely helpful and polite and speak great English (Nicolas was especially helpful). We booked a larger room, and it was quite large in comparison to the standard room. The rooms are a bit dated, but were comfortable and had a lovely sitting area. Drinks are provided free of charge in the mini bar and there was a great Nespresso machine. The bed was firm but comfortable. The view of the square was lovely. We didn't eat here, and it was very easy to find places to eat nearby. The reception staff recommended 2 fabulous restaurants close by, which we really enjoyed. All recommendations were not to eat in the touristy restaurants in the square and we were glad we followed these recommendations and found restaurants off the tourist path.

Clean small rooms but everything you would need.
The best location to stay in the old city in Avignon.
You can walk every where from this location.
Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat and spoke very good English.
