This is my second time staying at the hotel. It's located in a good, busy neighborhood and convenient transportation around. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The food here is diverse and pretty delish! The rooms are comfortable and I enjoyed my overall stay here. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and staff. Completely satisfied.. value for money hotel.. 10 out of 10 for meridian plaza.I was with my 1 year son .. they have 24 hours room service.. even in midnight at 3 o clock they provide me fresh warm milk .. boiled milk bottle .. made specially khichdi for breakfast of my son. And even dnt charge for my baby food. Good hospitality and good family hotel . If you are going to stay with infants or kids choose meridian plaza only.

I would like to draw your attention to my stay in this hotel.
I was shocked by the way we were treated during check out.
I have never faced such humiliation ever in my life!!!
In the name of hospitality this hotel will score in negative.
During check out, we were asked us to wait so that the room could be checked.
After waiting for 20 mins, we were told that there are a few stains on the sheet
( which were dere as some lunch fell on it)
We were blamed for DESTROYING THE PROPERTY AND WERE FORCED TO PAY 2000 RS ELSE WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE. MOREOVER THE SHEET WAS BROUGHT IN FRONT OF THE RECEPTION, WHERE SO MANY PEOPLE WERE SITTING AND LOOKING AT US;! WE HAD TO SAVE OURSLEVES FROM THE HUMILIATION SO WE MADE THE PAYMENT AND LEFT.
We already paid 4000 for our booking and had to pay additional 2000 for a besheet which would get cleaned it laundry!!
This is the way YOU PEOPLE extract money??
I WOULD CERTAINLY BE TAKING UP THIS ISSUE ALLOVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALSO PUT IT ACROSS THE HOTEL ASSOCIATIONS ABOUT THE KIND OF HOSPITALITY WE WERE SERVED WITH.

An average hotel degrading day by day.
Stayed here couple of times; found it degrading from hotel to a lodge.
Room size is good. Rooms have hot water, TV, fridge and a coffee maker.
Room service requires makeover.

Do not go by name , the hotel is bad ,shabby and worst . I booked it for my business partner and for myself. At the last minute they cancelled my room . My bussiness partner stayed and he had horrible experience with the room and food facilities. The food was horrible.
