i visited this place with my family of 5 members and the rooms and staff were good but the food was just ok (complimentary breakfast was much better than the food served for lunch and dinner). i had booked the hotel for 4 nights but i was given rooms in another hotel for 2 nights sighting maintenance and i was not very comfortable with the alternate hotel. so make sure that no maintenance works are going on while booking metro view.

Turned up late one night after a long flight to Delhi from Kl to start an Intrepid Tour. The staff were very prompt and helpful and quickly had us up into our rooms. Overall it was a grat location and close to the markets and the Metro which we used to go to into Delhi. Breakfast was available although basic but that was all that was needed. Rooms were clean, had hot water showers, free wifi, satellite tv with english speaking channels being available. After the tour was finished we utilised this hotel to meet up with friends staying here and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing flash to look at it from outside but inside it was tidy

This is my 4th visit in 4 years..as with my previous reviews, the location arguably is the biggest plus...situated off Ajmal Khan Road and very close to the Pusa Road Metro station...close to one of the biggest shopping areas anywhere in the world with all amenities, friendly staff. I loved being there.
Now for the cons - Maintenance...even in my previous reviews, I have mentioned about their maintenance and this time I did feel that it had gone down quite considerably...bathrooms are in dire need and water tends to flood as drainage clogs...rooms are a bit cramped but it's a budget hotel so can't really do much...could do with some cleanliness especially with the Swachcha Bharat campaign etc. It's because of this that I am giving an average rating this time. I would liked to give it good but there isn't anything between and average and very good...the very good rating should be read as good.

Stayed here at the beginning and end (for an extra few nights) of an Intrepid tour. Was warmly greeted, with a cool drink, on arrival and promptly checked in. Like many hotels in India, not all the rooms have windows (which is great if you like it really dark to sleep); I requested a room with a window at the end and was given one (no black out blind though). The aircon is great and quickly cools the room. The room is equiped with tea and coffee facilities and bottles of water; my one minor issue is I would have liked a face washer (absent from most hotels I stayed at). The wifi is great and reliable. Satellite TV has English channels, start at 161 and work up a few. My rooms were clean and the beds were great! The location is very convenient, close to the metro, a plethora of eateries and the local market. If I had not prebooked return airport transfers and would have taken the metro... or asked the hotel to organise (a fraction of the cost of the one I booked through Intrepid). I'd stay here again 😊

I am very Happy to have this Hotel in Karol Bagh. Have made my Guests stayed in Hotel Metro View & has received very good Feedback. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh for being so helpful in every matter & Mihir Ji who goes to any extent to sorts out every inches to make the Guests satisfied.
I will be surely recommending more to my Guests.
