Stayed there last week. Booked super deluxe room.
Bathroom drain was choked so filthy water spread in the bathroom. Staff checked n said okay but next morning same problem. The stink was so much that they had to change our room and they guess what... We were downgraded from super delux to delux even though occupancy was less than 50%.
Housekeeping is ill-trained... They opened our original room with the master key and cleaned it even when the room key was with us. When you stay in a room you have your stuff allover the room... that's why we kept the key as we we wanted to make a final check before leaving the hotel.
On top of all this...The most awful and appalling element is the staff behaviour! Customer APATHY at its best! They feel they are a successful hotel so customers will keep coming no matter what!
Our whole trip was so good except for the experience at this hotel... Not recommending this to anyone!!

The place is way out from Panchgani.
WiFi only at reception. Under renovation and construction ( at least 6 months more before it's really looks nice) The locale is good for people seeking peace, privacy. Not friendly to old people ( too many steps and slopes). Children's play area - unused ( may be because rains). Swimming pool not usable. Food and room service good. Parking could be a challenge till construction material is cleared. Ok for an overnight stay.

5 star facilities, service and rooms. Food OK not very spicy. Views from hotel excellent. Staff co-operative. Can be visited any time. Climate superb. Great place. Strawberry shake was yummy at Mahabaleswar . Many places to visit

i visited this hotel last year for my honeymoon. this was great environment over here.the services & facilities are very excellent.
they provide me pick up & drop facility from bus station to hotel to & fro.
they also arrange Guide vehicle for site screening at Panchgani.

The hotel location is okay, a bit far away from the main Panchgani market. We were welcome with a less than enthusiastic attitude, shown into a room which looks nothing like the pictures online and then inside the room, the bedsheet had holes in it, switchboards were loose and pried out of the wall, the mini fridge was not working, and the taps were all loose.
We were then told that AC is not included and we have to pay Rs 700 more per day to get the AC working (in a supposedly 3 star hotel).
It was one of the most poorly maintained rooms I've ever seen, and at quite a high price too!
Then, calling room service or the reception was a chore since the people who answered were at times misinformed, or disinterested or plainly rude.
On the day of the check-out (which is at 10 am and check-in is at 12 pm), we were having breakfast at 9:30 and we requested fifteen more minutes to leave the room (so at 10:15) but I was rudely told that it is hotel policy that people need to get out of the room at 10, no matter what. I had to argue for five minutes with the reception to let me have my breakfast in peace!
This is a mockery of the hospitality industry and it is a farcical comedy version of a hotel.
It was just my luck that all other hotels had been booked and I had no other choice.
Please avoid if possible.
