It’s a good hotel but staff need to learn hospitality. Rooms are ok, neat and clean. At the time of check in, staff need to be more cordial. Location is good but room has low ventilation and no sunlight in rooms. Breakfast spread is good but service for hot serve is poor.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional.
The hotel room was neat, clean and the room service was excellent.
The traveler staff of the hotel Satya and Das were really friendly and their service was outstanding and beyond explanation.

Hi I had stayed there for 3 days the rooms are good clean but room service is a bit slow. I had a very bad experience it happened so I very clearly remember I had 400 bugs in my wallet since dont use much of cash but cards. so I had been to other room for business purposes in same hotel the room was clean when i returned the house keeping had done their work but to my surprise I opened my wallet which was inside my bag had only 200 now. I reported to the house keeping head they werent sorry about it insteat gave me a reason saying that we do strict check of their housekeepers while they enter and exit and i didnt feel they were sorry for that at all.
The only thing I would suggest if you carrying a good amount with you please do not leave it in room do carry along even if you going for dinner or so.

Stayed here for 2 night. Located centrally ,on the main road and near to market place. Rooms are spacious ,clean but need maintaince . Little shabby. Good for a short stay. The property is quite big and located above a shopping complex. Near to Railway station and old Hyderabad. Connectivity is very good. May not be a choice for long /family / leisure stay. The restaurant offers decent local food (in complementary breakfast,haven't tried anything else) with a live counter as well. Overall Good

Nice stay in a suite room of this hotel.The housekeeping was poor and really needs improvements. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was great.The corridors were smelly of pesticides but surely can be improved.Overall a good stay
