The hotel is close enough into the centre of town but far enough out to be quiet. The room was nice but the shower was luke warm at best.
Carlos, Pablo and Jonathan were very helpful.
The pool is nice but didn’t get direct sunlight in November

Very nice hotel. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast Rooms big and clean decorated in Spanish style. Hotel is an old building. Restored. Walk to restaurants and churches this is a chain hotel that doesn’t seem like a chain

Overall, I enjoyed the food and service from the hotel, my husband and I stayed there for three nights and staff were great at all times, location is convenient. However, I forgot a pair of shoes in the room and it was impossible to get it back, many hotels contact guests to let them know about forgotten items but this hotel won't to that. When we want to get back the pair of shoes the supervisor was unable to provide a positive answer, arguing that probably the next guests that occupy the room after us took the items, which I still find that hard to believe because rooms are supposed to be cleaned thoroughly. I still hope that all is a misunderstanding at that pair of shoes from room 216 appear.

My family and I stayed there for 4/5 nights and the experience was so awesome that has to be repeated...since the welcoming mwith a fresh chaya beverage til the farewell looking for all our belongings with a bell boy ever so helpfull.
Not to be forgotten the kitchen an meals...Roberto Eb was like the maitre and make every effort to please us with not so hot meals, his recommendations were always rightñ he even maka an effortnto celebrate then 70th birthday of one of us, brought a cake and candle!
I dont want to mention anymore names on the fear that I might forget one, but as I said since the welcoming to the fareweel all the personel make our staying unforgetable...

We stayed 4 nights at hotel Mision and we enjoyed it a lot: staff is very kind, hotel style is nice, typical to Caribbean, and with relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean. Downtown is close, about 10 minutes walking.
