I don't know where this hotel took four stars. Small room with dirty walls. Last painted 10 years ago. No carpet. Old furniture. Only one electrical plug in the room. Big disappointment for me. If you want anything warm for breakfast you have to ask personal. But there is still chance, nobody will be in the kitchen.
Positive thing was the personal. Very kind. Clean bathroom every day. Personal ok. Hotel not.

A Good place to stay and value for mon et when you need to go to Bologna where hôtels are usually crowded and expensive during fairs. Easy to find as just situation by highway exit. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was also very Good so was breakfast.

We have stayed here on a regular basis for over 15 years. We really like it. We go as part of The Italian Job charity event, and they cope with large numbers of us as well as smaller parties.
A family run large hotel that also manages to provide good, individual service. Variety of rooms from traditional hotel rooms within main building to motel type chalets including individual garages downstairs and rooms upstairs. We had a newly refurbished disabled room in the outside complex which was enormous, with excellent bathroom including a shower with a sliding seat (great fun and very practical).
Declined a bit since the glory days when it was a favourite of people staying for the Imola Grand Prix days including some teams, but still an excellent base for exploring both the Land of Motors and the famous and superb food of the Emilia Romagna region. Reception staff only to pleased to share their knowledge and passion for both, with helpful suggestions and guides.
Out of town location, just off the Imola motorway exit, but restaurant and food excellent, and there is a very good pizzeria just a bit down the road.
Looking forward to going back for our next visit.

we have been hosted in this hotel by our main Italian supplier for a European dealer meeting, the best feature we appreciated is the logisitc, it is just in front of the highway exit and very convenient to move in the area Bologna / Modena / Forli, The bar inside the hotel is a crossroad and meeting place for people travelling on the highway as we verified, the staff very kind and ready to support. Good internet connectivity and internal services, ideal for travelling business people.

Pleasant return visit after an absence of a number of years.
Firstly, it is so very easy to find, literally 100 metres from the Autostrada exit barriers. Ample parking, the gates are probably closed at night but not sure on this.
More than adequate rooms - there seem to be many types, according to the age of the part of the building. Rooms near to the road are somewhat more noisy, and the sounds from the rooms above can penetrate, but not seriously.
Restaurant hours are a bit limited, only from 20.00 in the evenings, and closed on Sunday evenings. Efficient service with a certain style - meals brought to the table on a trolley.
Breakfast OK, good choice and regularly replenished, served from 06.30 as I recall. Bar is quite small and often noisy, the outside terrace is really only for smokers.
Easy taxi ride to the town centre or to the station for trains to Bologna etc, fare is around 8 to 10 euros each way.
Would have no hesitation in making another visit.
