I was pleasantly surprised!! The rooms are big, spacious and comfortable and you get all the amenities (hot water, Wifi and air conditioner and even a hair dryer!!!). A very dedicated hotel staff, always on call to my demands. They were friendly, helpful and polite. Overall, the housekeeping is very good. Nice breakfast.
A very big thank you to Mr Puneet who has been very kind and attentive. Very professional in his approach and of a big help, he has been giving good advices and suggestions on future trips to Delhi.
I would recommend Hotel Moments anyone staying over in Delhi. Moreover,it is well located as it has only a walking distance to the Karol Bagh Market (to those who love shopping) and Metro Station.

A highly recommended hotel in karol bagh. Welcoming personnel and good service. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Food was very nice. Big thanks to Mr. Puneet who has been so caring and helped us in so many ways.

I had problems with a connecting tour and the staff helped me with contacts and phone calls. I was well looked after by Puneet when my taxi was late picking me up. Again, staff very helpful. Not too many people in restaurant when I visited but food good. Especially breakfast.

the best feeling a traveller could get is to have staff members always smiling and asking you if all is ok- hotel moments in karol baghh was a gem which my mum and I discovered while walking around looking for a comfortable place to stay where we felt safe and welcomed. Mr Puneet has an exceptional customer management skill and arranges for everything that you need. I would recommend hotel moments for any person who is travelling with family or even alone as its location is convenient; 5 - 10 mins walking distance to Rajendra place station and karol baghh station; medical shops and grocery shop just at the corner with doctor consultation, hospital across the road- the personnel who works there are sweet and ensures that you are being well taken care of.

The place is easily traceable using googlemaps. Sufficient parking space. Amazing staff at this place who are co-opwerative. They wont mind going an extra mile to make your convenience better. The Room Service is great! Loved the place .. Its definitely value for money. Would love to visit again.
