Cozy place
Stefani Son 31/10/2017 19:44The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant has amazing food and wine, and the staff was very helpful and kind. It's in the centar of Bansko, so a lot of things are within reachable. I'm sure we will come back again, but this time in winter.
A little treasure in Bansko
caron lon 05/10/2017 00:55I stayed here in late September 2017. My mate and I were very happy with the clean authentic room, friendly staff especially Boushka and food (breakfast and dinner). If only all places could be like this. A little treasure with a great central location.

kimscotlandon 28/03/2017 17:48The best thing about this hotel was the warmth of the service from all the staff. Also, the location, facing on to the main square of the Old Town was terrific. The rooms are very rustic, full of character, clean and well maintained. Good wifi connection. Dinner menu good, especially the salads. The breakfast would benefit from decent tea or coffee. But for value for money, comfort and character, this is a great hotel.

Astrid Jon 19/08/2016 07:46We had a little trouble finding the hotel since the entrance is small and the name is only in cyrillic. The room was very nice. The food was simple but really good. We were pleasantly surprised every evening. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone but you can park nearby.
Lovely hotel in town square
Margaret Fon 17/08/2016 17:21Recently returned from a four night stay at this lovely hotel. We were arriving after midnight so contacted the hotel to let them know, this was not a problem and they made sure that someone was there to check us in. Hotel is in the middle of the town square yet is very quiet. Our rooms were very clean and individually decorated in a traditional style, beds and pillows were very comfy. Bathroom was small but adequate and shower very good. It was very hot when we stayed and the air conditioning kept the room cool. My sons room did not have a/c, however, after speaking to reception a fan was provided, which certainly cooled his room down. We stayed on a half board basis and breakfast was cooked fresh each morning, which could not be faulted. It was great eating outside watching the activity in the square. The evening meal selection was from a more select menu, however there was plenty of variety and we were pleased every evening with our choice of meals. Reception was very helpful, including arranging a taxi for us to visit Vihren Hut. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, in fact my husband told me to book it for next year!o
