The hotel is situated on a hill , away from all the hustle and bustle of Monterosso. Nice lounge to enjoy lunch dinner and drinks. Selling local wines and a few curios. Situated on a hiking trail so lots of hikers popping in.
Rooms are clean.
Generally a nice room for a mother-daughter stay!
Claire Ton 25/05/2017 20:38This room was nice enough for a mother daughter stay. It's definitely on the smaller side but it fit our needs well enough! The biggest issue for me was the slow wifi and we had to type in the password each use. They provided a nice breakfast and the staff was friendly. Monterosso is a beautiful place.
What a fantastic hotel and restaurant!

This is the ideal place to use as home base for the Cinque Terra region. Hotel has a convenient shuttle to and from town, free schedule, or you can book your own time for 10 euros. The meal we had was fantastic! You should plan a day down the hill and then finish with a meal at the hotel. Rooms fresh and clean and slept with open windows with views of the hills. Service is fantastic, breakfast too. There is a little shop where you can stock up on food items to take home. Highly recommended!
Good, but not for a romantic week end

When we arrived in the end of afternoon 18pm, the room was not prepared, but they have given us an other room and a white wine in excuse. So it is commercial.
Room are clean and the staff was smiling and very correct.
The price is little expensive for the room but there is a parking and a shuttle for monterosso and it is the big good point.
Parking in monterosso are very expensive (14€ 1/2day...).
So I will recommande but not for a romantic week end because surroundings is not for that ( it is my opinion)
Very nice staff, secluded location - don't book a tiny room
Hoonin_Mikeon 27/02/2017 20:09The staff were fantastic during our entire trip and the restaurant on site made some great food. The shuttle service was extremely convenient and made it easy to get in and out of town whenever we wanted.
Unfortunately we booked the smallest room they had available and we didn't realize just how small it would be (it was just my fiance and I). It felt like we were in a college dorm room. It wasn't even a twin sized bed by US/CAN standards. That made for some uncomfortable sleeps. The window was also above the door that people returning from the shuttle service would re-enter the hotel through. This was a bit of a pain late at night when we'd be trying to sleep and people would return from the town being loud on their way in.
The bathrooms were also across the hall and not in the bedroom so you had to fumble with keys to get into your bathroom/shower late at night.
All in all i think had we booked a nicer room things might have been different. But with the weird washroom configuration and the thin walls and noise of people coming and going I don't know that I'd recommend this to anyone except the very budget conscious.
