One of the best hotel in Kolkata in budget range, with great food (in breakfast and room services), courteous staff, great Wi-Fi signal and clean room. Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Safe place to stay.
I will highly recommend this hotel to business and family traveller.
Food was very delicious and excellent quality. Overall I like the hotel environment, staff cooperation and cleanliness.

Booked this place since was attending an event close by. Booked thru Oyo. 9 out of 10 times Oyo has been disappointing in some way or another.
Our flight was delayed so reached the hotel late. Thot of just throwing bags n going to the event venue immediately. The hotel was placed in a quiet lane. It was at 11am.
Still we took our chances. Unfortunately the Oyo guy booked the standard rooms instead of the premium(not been informed to us). The owner asked for our Id proofs.We submitted our driving license,but he wanted our full addresses so didn't agree to accept the proof. Then he said he will send our IDs to our room. I insisted on getting it done den n der n return it back.That already filled the minds of us two women with a weird feeling. Then he gave the room keys to the bell boy n the passage to the elevator was very wierd n shady. Worse wen we entered the room to our shock, it was pitch dark n der was no single gap for ventilation. Yes no windows. Only if u kept the bathroom door open wud u receive some sun light. The positioning was very very shady. We both just ran back to the reception mentioning to check out. The owner kept pushing us to try the premium room,but we didn't budge. So he responded very arrogantly. Wen asked back for our copy of photo ids. He said he cannot give it since they printed it on a waste paper. I asked for the paper back n cancelled on it with mentioning for booking purpose only.
Never will I recommend it to anyone. Not fit for couples or women. Hoping Oyo has cancelled their tie up with them.

its a clean place with quiet rooms and a good breakfast . the cheap rooms are a bit small but with a big window . A/C , 24 hours wifi and hot shower. the people are friendly and helpful. close to metro

The room was a bit small, but had all facilities that one needs. The bathrooms were clean and hygenic. Amenities like WiFi, fridge etc were working. The location is quite convenient too, close to the heart of town. All staff were VERY helpful and friendly.

Didn't expect this much change will happen in an year.Last year I have stayed in this place for 4 days..This time for 2 days and a night only...Room condition s were pretty bad...It was smelling ..There is no proper maintenance and moreover the inconsistent charge which they levy for any extra bed.
