will not stay at this hotel again unless management can get their act together they did not impart to staff proper cleaning protocol...never had a clean shower nor proper working shower rod rest of room was fine

The property is very nice, however I feel as though more attention is paid to aesthetics than comfort. Parking is $16, and half the parking is reserved for valet even though they don't seem to use it. At least 20 spots were open but reserved and they had parked all the cars in a row outside the front door. I don't think we should have to pay an extra $16 for parking when we are already paying enough for the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have an issue with our room as we were placed right behind the elevator and could hear the elevator plus people being loud while waiting. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice. I would try to stay again.

I was fortunate enough to get to stay at the Hotel Murano on two different occasions in the past month. My overall experience was one of great satisfaction. The restaurant is tip-tier, and the accommodations are luxurious and very pleasing. While I did not make use of all of their facilities (skipped the gym, but looked in at it), the design and Murano Glass theme was nicely pervasive (each floor spotlighting a different glass artisan). the restaurant friendly and fast, with quite excellent food.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Tacoma area. I even had to forego my Marriott Rewards points by staying here, but have no regrets.

I really enjoed the ambience. Artful, yet quieting and relaxing.
Despite being in the city I had a very quiet stay (I was on the 17th floor).
I would definitely stay here again good night sleep and a full car in the morning. What could be better?

Great service, great hotel, great people, very pleased. We came to compete in a fitness competition and the hotel accommodated several less than ordinary requests to make our stay and the event great for us on and off stage.
