I recently stayed at this property (3 nights) with my friends whilst on our trip to Leh in Aug'17.
Would certainly like to say that the overall property is good however, Not at par with the price point that it charges- It's menu states Rs 30/ water bottle however, the hotel charges Rs 50/ water bottle. Also, the room tariff doesn't justifies the facilities as provided by the hotel, considering it's competitors in the same vicinity.
Having said that, it is ideally situated @ down town (location) wherein everything is easily accessible (Hop- Skip & Jump)- Be it rental Bikes, local shopping street, Cafes, Restaurants, Airport transfer and route to Nubra Valley, Khardung la & Pangong etc.
I would highly recommend to consider other options (as available) before finalizing this hotel or atleast do check online rates before making final reservations.
P.S- Checkin & Check Out timings of this hotel is 8 AM (period)
Overall, the rooms are nice & clean (Pls prefer the front facade rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor), prompt room service, 24x7 Hot water availability and decent menu categories with acceptable taste.

We were a group of 4 families traveling and stayed here for 4 nights.
Pros:
- Conveniently located.
- Support staff are good
- Being a small hotel, we could summon the staff to attend to the needs
- We could tell the chef our food needs and he could prepare them. It was amazing
Cons:
- Extremely chaotic place with no defined way of doing things
- Very difficult to get running "Hot" water when you need it
- They could not fix my leaking water problem in bathroom. It was a nightmare entering the bathroom with floor full of water
- No wifi. It gets very difficult when the valley has not Mobile Internet and the hotel also stops their wifi.

A very good hotel. Decent prices. I loved their breakfast buffet. Courteous staff. A definite recommendation. Mid of May is the best time to visit Leh Ladakh. The hotel staff will help you get all the necessary travel permits nearby.

This is one of the hotels where you feel at home and the hospitality is beyond words.
The service is lightning fast and there is always a smile at the faces of the staff which makes you feel good...
My suggestion"just dont think,go for it, you will not regret"

Starting with good points.
I happen to stay at the property,fairly maintained property, close to the main market to add to it,rooms are cosy any done nicely,I liked the oil room heater concept.
Bad points.
The kitchen service is inefficient and the preparation is horrible, we happen to order an ala carte dinner which was served after more than hour and the preparation was horrible,not even worth eating a single spoon.
Suggestion.
One of the finest stay you will experience provided you don't eat at hotel.
