Hotel New Green View is a very average budget hotel in Dal Lake Area. The room was not at all up to the mark, and was filled with mosquitoes. I would recommend you to stay at this hotel only if this is your last resort.

We stay for 3 nights in HOTEL NEW GREEN VIEW 1 and Rooms are good the owner Mr John was very helpful
The hotel is located in the dal lake they provide us all facilities like geyser food transport facilitie

we stayed in hotel new green view 3 in Srinagar for 7 nights in may 2017. the location of hotel is inside dal lake and we need to use shikara or boat to come n go so it feels like staying in Venice. hotel rooms r big with extra bed, big bathroom with 24 hrs hot water, LCD tv and electric blanket is available. service here is excellent, owner Umar is very caring n Sammer is always their to provide service with smile. hotel is nere to all gardens just 10-15 min aways from here n also restaurants r also at walking distance once u come on ghat. overall its best budget option to stay in Srinagar, also houseboat is here alos in gd condition.

We stayed here for two nights. Very nice Staff and Manager. They always welcome you with a smile. The interiors and the furniture in the room were very old and musk, Beds were uncomfortable and electric blanket was not very effective but full marks to staff for their friendly behavior.

Excellent hotel with superb people, It was a 90+ days of curfew going on in Srinagar & surrounding places like gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam. Hotel New green view was the best place to stay in our entire trip. Hotel New green view is th safe place to stay in srinagar in this curfew situation. Many thanks to Hotel New Green view and the boys who took care of us on 2 days stay. Food was good and felt safe as home. Once again thanks to Beautiful Hotel Shefaf which i would suggest any one to stay here for memorable stay.
