We stayed here for 2 nights On arrival, the hotel was very busy due to the Pushkar fair. The staff were not friendly due to pressure. The rooms are very big, newly painted but are not very clean. The restaurant staff the first day were unfriendly but improved. the tablecloths were dirty. The breakfast was basic. However the Indian food for dinner was ok. This hotel is located out of Pushkar which was good because of the noise of the Festival. However, you are at the mercy of the staff and the price of Tuk tuk is fixed It is much cheaper coming back to the hotel

Bathroom is in need of a serious update, usual Indian style wet room with the shower in between the toilet & door so you have to slide across a wet floor to go to the loo! Shower is rusty & hot water flows at a trickle. Toilet had a serious leakage problem so left my key at reception for them to repair it only to return to the hotel 5 hours later & find my key sat on the reception desk for anyone to have picked up & entered my room! They hadn't even been to fix the leak so was told to wait whilst they fixed it. Long story short ended up with another room which I am currently sharing with a gecko! On the plus side the pool & garden provide a nice environment for relaxing in, air con & tv is available in the room and decent wifi

Locked mini fridge
Slimy bathroom floor
Dirty headboard - you can see other people's greasy body/hair stains
Internet works in reception and the restaurant when you're lucky
Service non existent. It's like they want your money but they don't want to see or hear you.
Breakfast included in room price for us but we had no idea what we could have. It is for us to ask. We had toast, 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of juice and a chocolate powder filled pancake - do NOT take the porridge! Better food just 150m down the road towards at Café Nature's Blessing!!

+Big outdoor vegetable garden
+Big grass garden
+ Pool good, so long not too many people there. No view.
I would not come back here personally. It is not my style of hotel and There are better value for money places easily found.

Our overall stay here was pleasant. This place has great potential! The rooms were big and spacious. The hotel is set between mountains and is surrounded by a lot of greeneries and a nice garden. Everything we needed was available here.
The hotel had a restaurant which was good value for breakfast. The hotel also had a pool which was great for a quick dip.

Frist time in my life I saw so good staff like in Hotel New Park. Man at reception impress me with his professional not only he but also the other staff know how to make happy a guests.
Hotel has one swimming pool and nice garden.
Food in they restaurant could be beter.
