We had a stay at hotel new prince inn for 3 nights in the month of November. The staff members are very friendly and helpful persons especially Tariq and sajad. We had a very good experience with both of guys. Room are spacious and hygiene as well as well maintained property. Food quality is 4 out of 5 stars. I can say best budget hotel in the city.

Rooms are reasonably sized and clean, although the dust from the neighboring construction site (the city itself is quite dusty) and also because the windows are kept open after cleaning made the room dusty. There are two staff, one manages all aspects including attending to customer demands. The other mainly works in the kitchen. So, although they work hard, many a times there is quite a delay in responding to requests and, sometimes, needs reminding. However, the most important issue for me was the food. The restaurant is supposed to be vegetarian (as displayed by the board outside). The food was very good and the price was economical, although, it took them quite some time to prepare the food, and those who are short on time or want to go out early in the morning cannot rely on having food at the hotel. Despite the good food, I was unhappy when I saw them making omelette for a guest. On inquiring, I was told that they do get other non-vegetarian food from outside for guests but dont cook it in the kitchen (I assume they do heat the food in the kitchen using the same utensils). I feel that being a vegetarian restaurant, they should refrain from preparing any non-veg food (whether or not got from outside). The wifi in the common area was not available as they had not renewed their connection. The issue with regard to food and the deficient customer service (lack of adequate staff) needs to be taken seriously.

Hotel New prince is one of the amazing hotel in city Srinagar.This hotel provides Good and Healthy food for all tourists.The hotel also provides free WiFi and parking.The staff of this hotel is very friendly with all tourists.

Lovely staff...but thats almost all there was...Facility was not upkeep. After we reached as family, the rooms were not clean. The location was cramped. Service and aminities were poor. But they were friendly and trying to be kind and polite. So unhappy finally in our stay ...Great frindliness and smile, without quality service...But then good enough for the tight fisted traveller...
