We had travelled the whole night from Delhi to Varanasi, more than 12 hours. We didn't sleep well in the train. We reached the hotel at about 9am. Actually our train was late and we were supposed to reach the hotel at about 2.30am. Once the paperwork was done, we asked if we could take our breakfast, only to be told that we not entitled to free breakfast because we did not check in the night before!! We were tired, hungry and now angry that we were being treated so unfairly. So we spend the day without having breakfast. We found the staff to be rude and unhelpful.The next morning, we went to have breakfast. A choice of food was on offer. But the cleanliness of the plates and cups left a lot to be desired. We later complained to the manager who was decent enough to apologise. But the damage had already been done by then.

Its location was good and located at main route ...... just away from railway station varanasi cantt and connected with babatpur airport road...owned parking provided additional advantage in that area..but hotal room is not a stared level..Its an average hotal need to be upgrade and change in thier rooms overall..

Shower barely worked. Bathroom didn't smell nice at all. The desk staff were unhelpful and kept trying to make money out of us. Also it is miles out of the main town so its an extra cost getting tuk tuks or taxis everywhere, which also are trying to scam you at every opportunity. The food in the restaurant was ok. Breakfast wasn't actually bad though and we got it included in the deal. If i were you though, I'd go somewhere else...

I stayed for three days the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and tidy and the food is great and room service is very quick, the only down side is the food is a bit expensive, I would highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Varanasi,

We check in to Hotel New Temple Town on April 2016. It was Navaratri time and so it happened to be one of the best times to visit the Holy City of India. I took my old parents with me along with my wife and kid. Certainly, hygiene and comfort were my first preference. I preferred locating in a hotel where the visiting spots were near to the stay so that the distance travelled to visit places were short. Hotel New Temple Town sufficed to all my requirements very nicely.
First of all, the staffs were really courteous and attended to every small need at any point of day or night. Second, rooms were really nice and spacious; bathrooms were clean and hygienic – perfect to what I wanted. Third, room service was on time – the one thing I sought after for my old parents who couldn’t take stairs to dining room always. Fourth, food was tasty, sumptuous and filling! Fifth, the location of the hotel was so placed that availing of cab or auto-rickshaws were damn easy.
Nice stay indeed. Navratri surely couldn’t have been much better than this...
