Our room was rather small, but well appointed. Cozy and comfy and clean. If you have a lot of crap, too small. We did not have a reservation arrival, checkin etc were all seamless. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the complimentary green tea was delicious. It is an active hotel. Good location. Would have liked to have taken advantage of the ammentities but we were in and out. I did see that some complained because some of the hotel features like the pool were at an additional charge. If I were staying longer I would have been upset about this too. The hotel is not cheap and it should be included.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nikko. The room are very elegantly decorated. Mine had a tremendous view on the city. Clean, quiet, with efficient and friendly staff. Spa and pool (with additional cost of 25 $,which was not so clear at the time of the reservation) are great too.
If you like shopping this is a great location. But otherwise the area of market place is not worthseeing.

I found it centrally located, well appointed, friendly staff, and their house dog 'Nikko' is seen occasionally and friendly too. Good quality for the money. Will return. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops.

Haven't even checked out yet! This place is awsome!! I was going for a certain sexy 50 shades vibe for our anniversary and the Nikki delivered! We booked on hotel tonight app and upgraded when we checked in. Then the front desk upgraded our upgrade to a Jr. Suite on the 22nd floor. Rooms were sexy and Views were breathtaking!!

I stayed at Hotel Nikko for five days, during a mini-getaway. I found Hotel Nikko to be immaculately maintained on the interior. I was accommodated with a deluxe king room situated on the nineteenth floor of the hotel. My room had incredible sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay area. My room was well-furnished and comfortable.
The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and was eager to please. The hotel is located in the midst of all of the wonderful attractions San Francisco has to offer. I spent my days roaming the city by foot, thanks to the central location of the hotel.
For an additional twenty-five dollar fee, I purchased access to the health club at the hotel. The gym at the hotel was a minor disappointment. The gym equipment was scarce and outdated. I would have expected a nicer fitness center at such a lavish hotel. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at Hotel Nikko and I would not hesitate returning to this property in the future.
