The hotel rooms are clean and good.They maintain it very well. But it's located in one corner. So, people might find it difficult to locate.Better is to call the hotel reception and confirm the route. But once you get to know the route it's very easily accessible from The Ridge and bazzars. Even railway station is at walkable distance.. The Manager was really good, he explained what all we can cover in our two day trip. They provide local sight seeing cab at reasonable rates as well but we didn't use it as we had already booked Hpdtc buses.

I am writing to help other travellers. I have booked this hotel through Make My Trip ( booking number NH7101150767495 )
Travel dates were 20 May to 22 May 2017.
As a budget traveller, this hotel is over priced considering its location , distance to reach hotel , amenities and size.
From Kalka to Shimla , bus traveling takes 3 hours + 1 hour in case of traffic jam.
On the other way, train traveling takes 6 - 7 hours.
As it is a hill station, always be ready to walk.
For reaching this hotel, if coming by bus , one should drop at victory tunnel bus stand. From there it will take 15 - 18 minutes inclined walk. There are 02 bus stands in Shimla, one is new bus stand and another one is old bus stand.
The best landmark is state bank of india's main branch, this hotel is 5 - 7 minutes walking from sbi bank and it is at last in that narrow street. As already informed you, in hill station, specially in Shimla, be prepared to walk. Kali Bari Temple , Mall road is near to this hotel.
Coming on to hotel amenities, below are details :-

Superb hotel..and manager mr. Chanchal is nice man very friendly..just location is far 2 km from railway station .paidal hi jana pdta h bcose car not allowed and stares bhi h. Car park dur krni pdti h.

The hotel is nice and cheap. One might not find it on GPS but you call up the people and they shall escort you to their place which is not far from Mall Road. Their food is not that great so you can hog on other finger licking options available elsewhere. If you're looking at cheap short time stay, go ahead for it.

quite near mall road & Kali Bari temple, excellent in cleanliness rooms in good condition with all the facilities at a very nominal cost, manager Mr. Chanachal is quite sincere person,& was not a rogue, and the Taxi driver/guide Mr. Sunil Sharma made the trip quite knowledgeable & enjoyable as he had deep knowledge of shimla.
