We are so sorry to say that this hotel is not at all up to the standard as it advertises...It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but lacks even the standard of a 2 star. It is far from town . Only proximity is Lulu convention centre. Lobby looks nice. The moment we reach the room we were disappointed to find that the room looks very cheap. bed linens are not washed properly or looks as if it is used many times without going to the laundry.There are even dirt marks.. Rooms looks cheap,shabby and old though it underwent some refurbishment. Bathroom taps are leaking . WC leaking .. We requested for another room and got another room where at least no leaks in bathroom. Forced to stay there because we reached the town after 11o'clock at night. Complimentary breakfast has limited dishes and even have "aval nanachathu" (!! rolls eyes).. water melon juice has a distaste... Shame on authorities who gave 4 star status to this hotel.. We addressed our impression about the hotel to the manager.. He says that no body said like this before and said that he would take care of the matter and address it to the owners...But we will never stay in the hotel again and wouldn't advise anybody staying there too...

2- room spacious , cooling good , all chanels available , washroom neat and clean .
3- food quality of dinner good
4- complimentary breakfast was ala carte. Tasty and good . Served with lot of courtesy.
5- wi fi was good .

We attended a seminar there in Niya Regency last week, 19 and 20 August 2017.
Our experience with them was really terrible and of course, they look like Goondas.
They donno know how to behave at all.
We don't advise anybody to visit this property.

Impressive food Menu reflecting what u read in the plate....in the best possible way. Neat and tidy....well mannered staff....quite classy food..Ambience average...Rooms were neat amid tidy too...fast service

We were total seven members consisting of two families. All of us enjoyed and stay made us more memorable specially due to its hotel ambience, furniture are all antiques pieces, lighting welly spaced, Beds are comfy, bath & toilet needless to say, kept clean & tidy. Housekeeping team made it marvellous. the only distraction its facing to roadside but after all inside the hotel we never felt the disturbance. The only drawback is its away from the main city.
